Cup-E-Cakes

Amy is a teacher by trade but always has had a sweet tooth and an artistic personality.  When Amy met Neil, it was love at first sight, and Amy wanted to share her other love of everything sweet with her husband.  However, a problem arose, Neil was allergic to Dairy.  EVERYTHING DAIRY!  That means no butter, no milk, no cream, no cheese, no cookies, no brownies, and especially no sweet buttercreme frosting on tasty soft cake.  Amy decided it was going to be her job to create cake and frosting that Neil was able to enjoy.  So she created dairy-free recipes that Neil would be able to enjoy and found there were a lot more people out there who were missing out on CAKE!
